Dance Experience

Arrive into Aswan where you’ll be met at the airport and transferred to a Nubian guest house. Settle in with a welcome drink and gentle orientation, before an open evening to rest or enjoy the Nile at your own pace.

Begin the day with breakfast before your first dance immersion — a Nubian Bambouti workshop led by a local teacher. In the afternoon, visit Philae Temple and take in the surrounding landscape, before a dinner in the Nubian village and time exploring the night market.

After breakfast, continue your movement journey with a Saidi workshop. The afternoon brings a visit to Aswan’s historic sites, followed by optional private coaching or a relaxed evening to absorb the rhythm of the place.

Travel north to Cairo, beginning with an early flight before stepping into Egypt’s modern energy. Explore the Pyramids and Sphinx, followed by time in Khan El Khalili. In the evening, experience the Nile from the water with a dinner cruise.

Visit the Grand Egyptian Museum before deepening your dance practice with an Oriental workshop. The day closes with a shared henna experience and group dinner — a moment of connection and celebration.

Refine your technique in a final workshop before time to rehearse, reflect, and prepare. In the evening, step into a live music hafla — a performance space to express, celebrate, and connect through movement.

Close the journey with breakfast, personalised feedback, and transfers to the airport.
